Refunds Policy

In Australia, the Australian Consumer Law protects consumers by providing certain guaranteed rights when purchasing goods and/or services. These rights, which automatically apply whenever goods or services are provided to a consumer, are called ‘Consumer Guarantees’.

Under Australian Consumer Law, these Consumer Guarantees cannot be excluded. Consumers are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure of a product or service, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Consumers are also entitled to have the product repaired or replaced if the product fails to be of “acceptable quality” and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Devine’s Guide returns policy is:

  1. You may return a purchase within 28 days of receiving it if:

    a. The product is misbound or faulty; or

    b. The product is different to the one ordered; or

    c. The product was damaged upon receipt.

  2. If your return meets any of the above conditions you will be entitled to an exchange.  You will need to return the product (either in person or via post) to receive an exchange. 

  3. Evidence may be required as to an item that was damaged upon receipt prior to an exchange being offered.

  4. If your return does not meet any of the above conditions but you would still like to return the product, please contact us.

  5. We will not accept a customer return for change of mind.
